CANVS is an interactive platform that connects people and cities through the power of street art. They aggregate artist, mural, and city data to deploy unique products and rich experiences.
With the departure of their lead developer, CANVS needed expert developers to better understand their tech stack and assist with multiple development projects. Referred to CANVS, VAIRIX underwent an initial screening period to build trust and showcase our core capabilities.
After an initial audit of CANVS' existing codebase, VAIRIX provided technical expertise across several platforms. Our team defined the scope for each project, offered development suggestions, and started on the development itself once the requirements and roadmap were clear.

The CANVS project team comprised a project manager, lead developer, and developer. From the outset, our team followed Agile methodologies based on Scrum, implementing one-week sprints and daily meetings to ensure alignment with CANVS's dev ops and mobile teams. We used JIRA for task management and conducted internal code reviews to ensure quality.
Our project manager prioritized tasks in communication with the CANVS team, maintaining direct communication through Slack.
Initially apprehensive about outsourcing, CANVS quickly saw the benefits of working in real time with a development team within their time zone after an initial trial period. This positive experience led to a trusted partnership where CANVS entrusted VAIRIX with the development and technical guidance of various projects.
